In Tokyo, you'll find a new bakery selling gelatin desserts. Cakes have different patterns consisting of flowers, so I don't know if the store has hired a chef or florist.

These are created by Anna Joyce Kevile.  Anna is a US designer, with amazing skills of illustration.
